We initially found Chuck through a Google search. Our previous realtor was overbooked and could not spare the time we needed. He had amazing reviews and rightfully so. He is very knowledgeable, caring, thorough, efficient and made us feel like his only clients despite our many demands. Chuck created efficient routes when viewing several listings and ultimately helped us find our home. Unlike most service professionals, Chuck seemed to care about us. He listened to our requests and fulfilled our many needs. He was very prompt with sharing information, submitting offers, new listings, etc. Also keeping in touch after our purchase. I definitely recommend Chuck to family and friends, and tell them it would be silly to use anyone else.
