I have known Chuck for 10 years, and even now he continues to surprise me. He is the kind of guy that will always pick up the phone, and always follows up (even after a deal) to make sure your needs are met. I have been fortunate to work with him on several projects through the years and his  breadth of knowledge in different areas of real estate has always impressed me.
