Chuck, this to to give a heartfelt thank you for your excellent service to me as my realtor. A few years ago, you helped me find an income property to invest in thru my IRA. Although this process was new to both of us, you were able to beautifully pull it off. You were able to work with my trust company to make the transaction go smoothly after you found us the property to invest in. Not only that, but you provided us with an excellent referral to a very good property management company, Grow Properties that provided advice and handled my tenant very professionally over the last few years. I was amazing how easy you made my purchase and subsequent management even though I was in San Jose and this property in Sacramento. This last November I decided to sell the property after my tenant left and you stepped in again (I wouldn’t have used anyone else!) to handle the transaction. I was especially appreciative of your ability to move quickly, providing me with timely video inspection walk thru clips with your commentary. It was like being there. Again, you referred me to an excellent company that turned that place absolutely beautiful, Hadley Grow.  Your post fix up videos were great!  Again, the transaction/escrow went off without a hitch, even with the complications involved in satisfying IRA requirements imposed by the IRS thru the trust company.
