I had experiences with different realtors from the past  having bought two houses and sold one by short sale in the last 8 years and I can honestly say Chuck is the best of them all. I have to sell my 2nd house after divorce and I got Chucks services after reading reviews from yelp and I was not disappointed. Chuck is very down to earth, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He did everything to help me sold the house including giving me contacts to do the needed repair and maintenance of the house. He is prompt and keeps you updated of the process and most of all Chuck is an amazing guy! Highly recommended.
