Buying a home is always a stressful ordeal. I would not want to navigate the market with anyone other than Chuck. His knowledge and expertise are second to none. Chuck under promised and over delivered. Sometimes it felt like he had a crystal ball because he would warn us about possible pitfalls during the process.
