Chuck has a genuine comforting quality that is so helpful in stressful times like buying a home. We consider him a friend who checks up on us from time to time. It’s nice to know he’s around if we need him. I have not worked with any other realtor but Chuck. That being said, I know I’m ruined for anyone else. We like the little postcards, letters and personal greetings that Chuck sends out to his clients. They make us smile and feel like we have a friend in the business.
