Chuck Klein was excellent. Two years ago he helped me find a home quickly. This was vital as I received a job transfer. Two years later, he helped me quickly sell my house. This was appreciated because of another transfer. Suggestion? Have Chuck train all your agents on how to treat & serve their customers.
