During a rough and difficult time in dealing with family affairs and selling of property; I had the pleasure of meeting Chuck Klein. The process and steps, in getting property emptied and finally on the market, were lengthy and sometimes mind boggling; but with the help an guidance of Chuck Klein, things finally shaped up and fell into place. Chuck answered questions in laymens terms and help me to understand the Real Estate game and also showed genuine care even on a personal level and to me, that’s GOOD Customer/Client Service. I had never dealt with Real Estate before, but after this experience with Mr. Klein, I feel educated and wiser and if ever I find myself dealing with property again, I would definitely give Chuck Klein a call.
