My favorite things about this house are the easy maintenance front and backyards. Room for a beautiful garden or ready for permanent planting. The large master suite and walk in closet, we called our master suite our apartment. Plenty of room for a bed, seating area/reading area, t.v., etc. We’ve enjoyed the large open floor plan at the front of the house.

Relatively quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to a large local park that has a nature area, the Lincoln Community Center which offers great classes for children and adults. Many of the homeowners have lived in this neighborhood since it was built back in the 80’s. Lincoln has a small town close knit feel though its grown over the last 20 years. Home is situated 5 minutes from Hwy 65 and Lincoln’s historic downtown which features many shopping and dining options. Easy access to Lincoln’s schools K-6, Junior High and High Schools.
