  1. This is interesting because it’s something that’s never crossed my mind. My moms house has two dog doors; one going from the house to the garage and one going from the garage to the outside. I guess we’ll have to replace the doors if/when she decides to sell her home. When my wife and I buy a home we will be sure to exchange the fire door for a regular door before we cut a hole for the dog door.
